Do Hemorrhoids Ever Go Away

Adults/Parents please answer i'm very scared!?

Hi lately around my anus I noticed it was uncomfortable at first I thought it was my pubes getting pulled when I sat down. Well today I looked in the mirror and right by my anus is this sorta bump thing. Its the color of my skin and sorta soft it doesn't hurt at all. My bowel movements have been fine and I haven't really had any problems with it. It doesn't bother me only every now and then and its been this way for about a week I guess. I'm only 15 and i'm not sexually active. What could this be? A hemorrhoid? Oh i'm a male to!

I eat very healthy and workout on a regular basis if that helps.

If its a hemorrhoid what do I do? I don't wanna tell my parents about this. Will it ever go away?

I am a nurse in a clinic where i live and i would say you need to have ti looked at. Even though you are embarrasses about this you shouldn't be. You have a normal concern and your parents will understand. It does sound like a hemorrhoid but hard to say for sure unless you have it checked. Most people that get hemorrhoids have been constipated or straining too much. Possible you lift weights? You can buy cream at the store called preperation H or use tucks pads to wipe with. Lots of hemorrhoids bleed also but not all. You should have it looked at by your family Dr. just in case it is something else. Hange in there. I promise this is not the end of the world and it could always be worse. Good luck
