How to get rid of hemorrhoids non-surgically?

I'm 16 and I have a hemorrhoid. I already diagnosed myself (don't ask..I have this obsession with Grey's Anatomy and I have like 12 different medical encyclopedias).

Other than hemorrhoidectomy, would remedies used at home remove hemorrhoids? like Prep H or Venapro..
