I have a grape size lump to the left of my anus below my pelvic area what is it?

I have had this grape size lump to the left of my anus and below my pelvic area. The 2nd day it really started to hurt and I could bare to sit down, walk, get up from bed etc... It gets REALLY F******* uncomfortable!!! I've read a lot of forums and postings about things similar to this and it seems to be a Thrombosed external hemorrhoid?! But when people describe they say its like a bluish, purple color... But the one i have is the same color as my skin, there is just a huge lump under my skin, im starting to FREAK the hell out, its hard to sleep, i toss and turn all night, wow! I have no medical health insurance! Any suggestions on home remedies that actually work!!?!! please tell me!

This could be a perianal fistula. My son had one of these. Sorry, dude, but you're going to need a doc.

If you have no medical insurance (join the club, I don't either!) talk to the social worker at your hospital. Sometimes they can work something out, I have known this to happen before.
