Tips for hemorrhoids (TMI)?

OK so i gave birth 10 months ago and during labor i got a hemorrhoid, Going to the bathroom has been hell ever since. I have talked to my Dr he gave me some suppository, they were so so still was a pain to use the bathroom and still hurt... Then he gave me some cream, that didn't work. I have been using Tucks every time i use the bathroom. I take stool softeners every day, I get fruits and veggies. I drink a ton of water... But it still hurts so bad every time i use the bathroom and now it is bleeding.. what do i do...
Is there a surgery to get rid of them for good, is there something that i have not tried? PLEASE help!

Ive had one for 8 years now. It subsided then I got pregnant with baby #4 and it came back with a vengeance. And it bleeds as well..I do the Tucks and Prep H thing. There is a surgery you can have but ONLY if you dont plan on having more children. As theres a chance for re-acurance and if it does come back...the drs I SAW said that you could possibly bleed to death or have it for the rest of your life :-/
