HELP! Does anyone here know the best cure for Hemorrhoids?

Did you hear about Venapro (medicine from the internet) Did you try any medicine for yourself? Did it help?
I know that to see doctor is the best way, BUT I'm looking for anybody who tried something and it did help. Please answer!

I used HemClear.com. Worked great. In 4 weeks my hemorrhoids were gone, after many years of suffering. Venapro is rated as OK, but not the best one, as I see it on the internet. There are a few treatments, I liked HemClear the best. They also offer a prevention program, so you can take it for longer, if you want, so they don't come back after they are gone. After all the years I had hemorrhoids, I sure do not want to go through that again.
